Founder Brianna Fletcher created Impact Brand Studio to give local businesses access to thoughtful, strategic marketing support without the cost or complexity of a traditional agency. Her goal was simple: to provide business owners with a trusted, local marketing partner who delivers both clarity and follow-through.
With more than nine years of experience in marketing strategy, digital media, and event planning across the Triangle, Brianna has partnered with organizations including the Carolina Hurricanes, Durham Bulls, Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, Carolina Ale House, and more. She has led promotional initiatives ranging from community events to campaigns that gained national recognition, including an event featured in People magazine. Through this work, she saw how often small business owners were left to navigate marketing on their own while juggling the many demands of running a business.
